- OWN AREA OF 26.000 SQ.M.: Premises of 4.000 sq.m fully reconstructed, with emphasis on statics, accommodates 100 vessels of 10 meters each.
- FACILITIES FEATURES: fire detection and firefighting system. Industrial flooring, three phase power, air system, lighting, ventilation, fire resistant doors, alarm system, closed circuit television. Protect your boat completely from air, dust, and rain.
- SUITES: Storage space for vessels for exclusive use by you. With roll up doors, air system, electricity, water, and lighting. Suites include storage space for your boat’s accessories and do not have contact with other vessels.
- SHEDS: Steelwork heavy duty structural design. Heavy bases, purlins and polyurethane panels on the roof for better insulation and protection from the rain. All sheds are equipped with electricity, water, air and light.
- OUTPOST: Equipped with all security monitoring systems, locker rooms and WC (men, women, and disabled).
- LUXURY: autonomous rooms for hosting customers, with their own bathrooms and all the necessary equipment to stay overnight.
- MINI MARKET: Supplies for your boat in water, soft drinks, ice, etc.
- RECEPTION: secretariat for your transactions and meeting room available for our clients.
- GUARDED PARKING SPACE: inside our facilities, storage capacity of 500 vessels throughout the facilities.
